Is there an age recommendation for the Kata® health app?
Kata® is suitable for all patients 13 years of age and older who have been prescribed a metered dose inhaler, Respimat or dry powder inhaler by their physician or authorized healthcare professional. The patient must be able to perform the inhalation independently and on their own or under the supervision of an adult family member or healthcare professional.
Children over the age of 8 who are able to operate one of the Kata® assisted inhalation devices may use the app under adult supervision.
