Interoperability

You can export your data stored in Kata in a machine-readable format (HL7/FHIR). Data export and storage of exported data are done from within the app. More information about the HL7 standard can be found here.

The pdf export of your data is more readable and visually appealing for humans. This way you can share your Kata data with your doctor in the best possible way. The pdf export is also done from within the app. The pdf can also be printed out easily.

For the HL7 FHIR implementation, the existing “Basisprofil DE : German Base Profiles” of HL7 Germany in version R4 is used.

The HL7 FHIR export to Kata will be implemented according to the R4 Implementation Guide (FHIR Base for German Healthcare) version 1.2.0.: https://simplifier.net/guide/basisprofil-de-r4/home
