I don’t want to use Kata, anymore. How can I deactivate my account?

If you no longer want to use the app, you don’t need to do anything. Your access will expire automatically.

If you want to delete the app or your account, please go to “Settings->Delete my account” in the app, or please send a deletion request to our user support. We will delete your Kata profile for you and send you a confirmation.

When you delete the Kata profile, your personal usage data and therefore your training progress will be irrevocably deleted. It will then no longer be possible to use your Kata profile at a later date.
