My app crashes directly when I open it, what can I do about it?

If your app crashes directly, you can try to uninstall and reinstall Kata®. You can find information about this in the section “How do I reinstall Kata®?” Another option is to perform an update of the app.

If the Kata® health app still crashes after that, feel free to contact customer support.
