How do I reinstall Kata®?

To reinstall Kata® on your smartphone, follow the steps provided:

For iOS users:

1. First delete Kata® from your iPhone. You can find more information about deleting apps here
2. For reinstallation, you can go to the App Store. In the search function, enter the desired app (Kata – Deine Inhalationshilfe). Once you have found Kata®, you can install it by pressing “Install”.
3. After installation, you can log in directly to the Kata® app with your user data. The data you entered will be retained during the reinstallation process

For Android users:

1. Uninstall Kata® from your smartphone. To do this, open the Google Play Store
2. Go to the three-dash menu and then to “My apps and games”. Now select the Kata® app and tap on “Uninstall”.
3. After uninstalling, you can tap “install” again
4. After the installation you can log in directly in the Kata® app with your user data. Your entered data will be kept during the reinstallation process
