What can I do if logging in is no longer possible?
Have you already checked if your e-mail address and password are correct? If you have forgotten your password, it is possible to have it reset. In a very rare case, our server could also be overloaded. However, this problem would be fixed within minutes. If this is the case, you can try again after 10 minutes.
