The app reports a synchronization error, what do I do now?

Do you have access to the Internet (mobile data or WLAN)? Data can only be synchronized if there is a connection to the Internet. Please check again whether this is the case for you.

In any case, the app will offer you to repeat the synchronization.

Attention: To send us a request, there should be an email account on your smartphone.
